With the WORK-S 1600/2200/3000 pallet TERMINAL, there is now a smart answer to new requirements in workpiece supply.

  • Powerful: transfer weights of up to 3,000 kg can be handled effortlessly

  • Variable: with WASSERMANN’s own PLC control, alternatively PROCAM / SOFLEX

  • For retrofitting: on existing machines, direct loading onto the machine table or other individual requirements.

Das WORK-S TERMINAL verfügt über erprobte Features und Komponenten, die zu einem erheblich höheren Nutzungs- und Auslastungsgrad führen. Die mannlose Fertigung in der dritten Schicht und am Wochenende ist durch vorgerüstete Maschinenpaletten und die Auftragsplanung mit dem Zellenrechner mühelos umzusetzen. Für die durchgängige Digitalisierung und Einbindung in das Intralogistiksystem kann der Zellenrechner an ein MES-System und die Ladestation mit einem AGV verbunden werden. Damit ist der WORK-S TERMINAL für die Zukunft in jeder Hinsicht skalierbar.
