Optimized production costs thanks to our cell control

WASSERMANN’s own cell control on the TERMINALs, alternatively from PROCAM, SOFLEX or EVOMECS, supports the operator with tool and workpiece management. There is a separate touch screen control panel for this purpose – alternatively, the respective infeed magazine can also be managed via the machine control system.

With the optional software modules, predictive production sequences are created with respective resource/tool checks. This minimizes unwanted downtimes due to double bookings or missing production resources. In addition, various planning and OEE evaluation modules are available for consistently digitalized, efficient production.
