Der WORK-L Linearpalettenspeicher verfügt über die Fähigkeit, verschiedenste Maschinenhersteller wie auch Maschinentypen mit vorgerüsteten Paletten vollautomatisch zu versorgen. Durch verstellbare Hubgabeln lassen sich außerdem unterschiedliche Palettengrößen im System transportieren. Damit auch der existierende Maschinenpark weiter genutzt werden kann sind sowohl Bestandsmaschinen wie auch Neuanlagen integrierbar.

Das WASSERMANN Steuerungskonzept bietet für den FMS Betreiber viele Optionen, je nach Automatisierungsgrad und Vernetzung in der Fabrikdatenwelt.

Mit standardisierten Schnittstellen kann der Datenaustausch zur CNC Programmierung, der Werkzeugverwaltung, dem ERP und MES System sowie weiteren digitalen Einheiten sichergestellt werden.

Für den mannlosen Betrieb in der 3. Schicht und am Wochenende stellt die Zellensteuerung alle Programmschritte bereit, mit denen zuverlässig die Fertigung vorausgeplant werden kann. Das beinhaltet auch den kompletten Resourccencheck pro Werkstück – denn nichts ist ärgerlicher als eine ungewollte Unterbrechung in Zeiten ohne Bediener.

Handling devices

The WASSERMANN handling device can be customized according to pallet size and workpiece weight. Whether light and large or heavy and small, we will find the right answer for pallet handling. With the integrated 360° rotation axis in the handling device, the units can also be connected to the long and short sides. And if loading into the working area of the machine from the front is necessary, this is also possible.
Expansion stages

The inclusion of subsequent processes, such as washing, deburring, marking and measuring, is a requirement of every automated production system. With the WORK-L, we can guarantee this by connecting the various post-processing operations to the storage system via interfaces.

And if the capacities are no longer sufficient, the WORK-L can be extended in length as required to include storage spaces, loading stations and integrated machines.
