This was in the 1990s. The task: replacing a pneumatic transfer device, which fed hard disk blanks into and out of the coating process, with a faster solution.<\/p>\n<p>The rotary lift transfer device from WASSERMANN not only impressed with its significantly shorter cycle times. The smooth running of the device was so outstanding that during vibration tests it was assumed that the transfer unit had failed &ndash; when in fact it was running at full speed without any problems.<\/p>\n<p>Today, our rotary stroke transfer units are the linchpins at the transfer points of process lines in the optical industry, in mechanical engineering, and at many automotive suppliers. And in many places in combination with SCARA mechanics as well, to increase the range.<\/p>\n<p>We have gained over 30 years of experience, continuously learned new things, and reconfirmed the trust each time.
