Limited space in the production area is often a challenge when retrofitting or purchasing new automated systems. A space-saving gantry solution can be a good alternative here. Whether in a linear-axis configuration or with a 6-axis robot mounted on the gantry, workpieces, tools, and, if necessary, clamping jaws can be loaded automatically and effortlessly.

In addition, a bin-picking solution can be integrated into the overall concept. This allows the robot to reliably retrieve workpieces—even those delivered in a disorganized manner in the mesh box—for processing.
