From supplementary magazines located near the machines to central and background magazines in multi-machine systems.

WASSERMANN offers tool extension magazines with capacities ranging from 200 to a maximum of 5,000 tool positions. Tools can be transferred to the machine tool’s magazine using a simple handling system, a 6-axis robot, or a gantry loading system in multi-machine setups.

All tool data, including tool balance calculations in the auxiliary magazines, is managed via the integrated cell computer.
