Tool changing system – No. 0340

The 0340 system was developed for the series. A modular system was developed for different versions such as with tool holders and 1- or 2-chain design.

• Modular system – a large proportion of the components were designed to be independent of the fixture in order to exploit the economic advantage of the larger batch size
• Variability – the customer can still choose between different tool holders and numbers of tools without the need for a special design
• Options – RFID read/write unit, loading from the rear, retrofittable second magazine
• Changeover time – short chip-to-chip time thanks to the cam-controlled changer
