Chain magazine – No. 0323

This chain magazine transfers the tools directly to the machine spindle. Depending on the machine version, 1 to 4 spindles can be changed simultaneously. No further handling is necessary, the transfer between spindle and magazine takes place directly in the pick-up system.

• Speed – The tools are positively locked to ensure a secure fit even at high chain speeds of up to 40 m/min
• Safety – The tools are unlocked pneumatically at the changeover and manual loading stations
• Variability – thanks to the meandering chain link, tool numbers between 60 and 210 tools can be implemented in the modular system in a small space
• Option – RFID disk reading unit, loading aid for heavy tools
